So I finally braved my first video blog post and here it is for all to see.
I cover the aim of the site and talk about my first run and weigh in. Currently at 16st 10lbs at the moment, and hopefully its on its way down from now on.
I’m planning on adding a food diary and also the calendar/plan of my 5k running plan so you can use it too. This should be live in the next few days.
